Digitisation of Room Bookings and Much More

As part of the development of the Digital Centre (DiZ) at the Süderbrarup District Office, there was a need to procure software that would enable the booking of premises and equipment at the DiZ. Extensive research revealed that no suitable solution could be found, so the implementation of Biletado was commissioned as part of the Smart City funding programme. Today, this software is in use throughout Germany and has attracted a great deal of interest, as well as a large number of local authorities and institutions that are actively contributing to its further development. There are already long-term plans to implement larger modules and functions in order to further expand and improve Biletado’s scope of use.
