Transparency
The Public Corporate Governance Code (PCGK) sets forth and defines the standards for sound corporate and investment management for all federal government-owned companies and investments. It serves as a guideline for the federal government and establishes standards for the transparent and efficient operations of publicly owned companies. For example, it defines the cooperation among corporate bodies, promotes continuous improvement of the company’s processes and those of its governing bodies, and mandates transparency regarding executive compensation.
