ZenDiS cooperates with the Sovereign Digital Switzerland network
ZenDiS and the Sovereign Digital Switzerland (SDS) network seal their cooperation in the field of digital sovereignty with a letter of intent. The cooperation fits seamlessly into other strategic international initiatives of ZenDiS.
The SDS kick-off event took place in Bern last week to a full house. The network is an initiative of the Institute Public Sector Transformation (IPST) at Bern University of Applied Sciences.
The focus of the cooperation with ZenDiS is on professional exchange on topics relating to digital sovereignty, promoting the introduction of openDesk in Switzerland and sharing knowledge and experience on platforms such as openCode and OSS Directory as well as methods such as the sovereignty check or a standard on digital sovereignty.
In addition, the participants want to jointly initiate pilot projects in administrations that demonstrate the use of open source solutions and sovereign IT architectures and conduct joint public relations work.
